We started this blog some time ago, but, like many plans, it was shelved when other projects took up more of our time. Now we’re back with a new team and a new approach.

Each week on the blog we’ll offer a simple health tip you can fit into your schedule. As busy people ourselves, we know the pitfalls of setting out on a complex health program only to find that you run out of time to do all that’s required. If you manage to last a week or two on this kind of program you’ve done better than most people. But what usually happens is that you feel guilty for not keeping up and you soon abandon the program because it’s all too hard.

What if you could add one small task every week or two until you had a workable routine that fits into your ‘real’ life?

That’s our goal on this blog - to offer you small ways to improve your health over time. We’ll start the ball rolling, so to speak, on our next post.

Till then,

The HBR team
